We loved the cozy and clean interior of the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing us with towels and insider tips for the best spas in the area. I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming hotel in the Spreewald. The owner, Anna, was incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Not only did she allow us to check-in early, but she also provided us with towels for our spa visit. Speaking of the spa, Anna gave us great recommendations and helped us choose the perfect one.
No significant negatives except perhaps for the fact that parking had an additional fee.

Great base to explore Spreewald and surroundings from. Location close to train station, perfect for those without a car. The breakfasts were super tasty and diverse! They had something for everyone, including vegetarians.
The staff was not always flexible or accommodating. On New Year's Eve, we arrived late due to travel delays, but they were reluctant to adjust our check-in time.

The location of this hotel was convenient, just a short walk from a grocery store and the main town area. the room was well, equipped with a mini, kitchen and the family room had comfortable, old, fashioned furniture. Breakfast was good, with local specialties like pickles and Haribo waiting on the beds. the staff was friendly and helpful, lending towels for the nearby spa.
The accommodation was not willing to make a plan to meet guests late, causing issues for those with medical emergencies and late flights.

Had an amazing Easter stay at this charming hotel. the accommodations were top-notch, with a comfy bed and a great shower. Plus, the breakfast served every morning was delicious and included some local treats that I really enjoyed. Another thing I appreciated was the friendly and helpful staff, who went out of their way to make our stay memorable. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area, with plenty of nearby attractions to visit.
One downside of this hotel was that there was no flexibility with late check-ins, which made it hard for some guests who had unforeseen circumstances. Another minor issue was the additional fee for parking, although it wasn't a dealbreaker.
